I love working with all individuals during transitional times (ie. college, marriage, children, divorce) in their lives. Helping individuals, couples, and families live to their full potential with complete freedom from roadblocks and mental/emotional issues is my passion. I do this through teaching body and mind awareness, everyday coping strategies, and working through some of the areas where they may be feeling “stuck.”I view therapy through a holistic lens of mind, body, and spirit where all three need to be work together for a more balanced life.
