Regarding worst online reservation of APSRTC. i have booked 3 tickets from bang to tirupathi @ marathahalli on 01/04/11 for next day(02/04) morning, and i choosen a pickup point as KRPURAM, bus service number is 5119 i reached the KRPURAM by 6.30 and waited for half an hour, bus came @ 7:05 and when we are trying to get in to bus, we were shocked, because conductor sold all the tickets and he said that i didn’t received any reservation chart go and contact Majestic Apsrtc they will surely refund your amount. We didnt understand what to do, so we back to home and contact Marathahalli branch, he gave a number and asked us to call, so when we called to them the person said that sorry for inconvenience and ask us to lodge a complaint for refund amount. on 03/04 at 6:30 p.m. we went apsrtc majestic. there the response of the employees are very worst, and they are not completly accept as their mistake and said that is network problem we wont refund your money, if you want to travel now we can arrange. how can we go to tirupathi at that time, because of them we cancelled return tickets, rooms and all… they are simply saying if you want go you can go now otherwise your mony will be lost… this is the scenario we faced through apsrtc, see there response and attitude… see we didnt travelled to tirupathi, we lost our money so finally its waste of our effort, money and time… so guys dont prefer to travel through apsrtc service… they are worst…

Already bus is late by 20 mins, bus driver due to his negligence left one passenger who was supposed to start from adoni. After reaching yemmiganur, due to the passenger shouting on phone, the driver has again returned the bus from yemmiganur to adoni back..This is purely high negligence of the driver…This is happened on 28 of August 2018..Need proper explanation for this..Due to his negligence all the passengers has to suffer..Need to take proper corrective action on this.

Service no 27160, date of journey 6-3-2018, Visakhapatnam to Srikakulam, should depart at 2:40pm from vizag complex, but it arrived at 3:25 pm to complex and departed at 3:40pm. Unfortunately no knows the tracking information and the reason for delay even if enquired at complex. Very frustrating to wait for 1hr not knowing whether the bus was cancelled or whether it will arrive and the delay was enormous

Respected sir/madam, we have dispatched a parcel through apsrtc logistic service from S R nagar point to guntur vide document no.s 1947597 and 2374567 dated 16.06.2017 and 10.8.17 respectively. we have made several attempts to collect the parcel but the responses were pathetic . Sir the response in the case of first document the parcel not received at destination port. In the second issue driver has lost the parcel. Sir we have given a written request at guntur but the response was very poor and they are not at all showing any interest to trace out the document and every time they are making us to wait for long time and asking us to come again. Request you to kindly advise us whom to approach in this regard for effective solution and time saving.

Respected sir/madam, I am s venkatesh traveled from srikakulam to visakhapatnam and boarding at srikakulam rtc complex platform. The following bus charged extra money 129 rupees instead of 106 rupees. It”s not a nonstop bus (124 fare) and 9 stops during my journey and everyone suffered and ask one question from us why are charged different amounts even though it”s rtc service?. We are very scared on this situation and no one can interested to travel on rtc. I requested you please take an necessary action on following bus service. Respected sir, I travel from madhuranagar, vijayawada to PNBS. I find no buses at the time of my leaving.The buses 103M and 20 are the only buses coming to madhuranagar.When I returned from my work at around 1:00PM to 1:30PM.The only buses seen during this time is 14s.These bus drivers are so careless and negligence that they do not care to see the speed-brakers while returning to STPM colony where there are even more than 2 speed-brakers in a distance of less than 1KM.Similar case is with bus 20 driver, who just goes reckless through the railway gate and never care for the passengers. WHILE TRAVELLING IN THE BUS I WAS BEING FACED WITH VOULGER WORDS BY THE CONDUCTOR UNCLE AS HE IS NOT ABLE TO SPEAK THE WORDS EVEN IN A PROPER STAGE. HENCE YOU ARE REQUESTED TO LOOK IN TO THE MATTER AND SETTLE IT AS SUCH EVENTS CAN NOT REPEATS.

We were coming from an APSRTC service bus (Indra) with a service No : 51151, from Nellore to kurnool on 10 Aug, 2019. We have experienced that the driver stopped at nandyal, a group of members get down from bus for toilet purpose. A few minutes later the bus gets started without checking the members . One of our colleuge didn’t receive the bus who is unknown to the area.After sometime we were noticed the person was not there. We asked the driver for the remedy.driver got tempered at us and used improper language.we severely disappointed with the driver behavior who is an employee in an highly affiliated road transportation system.

Sir, 1) A lot of inconvenience is facing while attending to Mobile calls due to High volume Speakers in busses from nellore to Gudur NON STOP busses . So please stop all Audio in the services. 2) Tickets are issuing after entry in to the bus and lot of timeabout 15 minutes is being consumed. It is better to issue tickets before10 minutes time to the schedule of of NON STOP service bus at Nellore and Gudur Bus stations. Due to this Most of the passengers can buy tickets well in advance and waiting in bus will be reduced

Sir, Please help women travel free of harassment. In the APSRTC city buses, seats have been alloted for senior citizens and PHC citizens in the front of the bus, that is where ladies get into the bus and stand/sit. This is a big problem to us because some men are just sitting in those seats even if they dont fall in those two categories and other men get into the bus and stand around these people hence causing inconvenience to women standing there. In crowded buses, which is usually the situation, these men wantedly touch/do stupid things to women standing nearby and harass them. Can the reserved seats please be moved to the back part of the bus, so that all gents can go there and leave the front to women? The conductors also should be more efficient. Instead of shouting at innocent passengers for change or any other reason, they should control men to keep to their place and leave women alone. We cannot avoid buses as they form the main and sometimes the only transport for women. So, kindly look into this matter and so the needful. Service number 2557 Date:6th Nov Hyd-Amp Rude behaviour of the driver/conductor.They didnt stop my bus at the right stop and arguing with me.Also Making comment”s that are hurting. They don”t even have the common sense that they just left me without picking up..that too at mid night These kind of employees are going to bring down the revenue of the government as I have decided not to choose apsrtc again and like me there could be many other.Please take appropriate action on them and conduct counselling if they are mentally sick or something
