Life sometimes can seem so unbearable. When dealing with issues that life throws at us, we can often feel isolated, alone, and helpless. As human beings, we all want to be heard and understood. That is what makes the difference. I believe that the therapeutic process is a platform that gives individuals the opportunity to express, address, and resolve some of life’s most challenging issues and become whole. Through my own counseling experience, I understand just how powerful this process can be when feeling overwhelmed and troubled with current or past issues that seem haunting.I am a Registered Marriage & Family Therapist Intern. I received my Master’s of Science degree in Counselor Education, specializing in Marriage & Family Therapy. I am very passionate about working with individuals and family systems; helping them to heal and restore themselves and their family dynamic.Through therapy, I strive to give a voice to the unheard, a listening ear to the afflicted and to help individuals create their best life.I enjoy working with couples and individuals dealing with depression and/or anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, codependency, trauma, grief, adjustment difficulties and blended families.
