Anthony Burges, Imperial Capital Enterprises, LLC Anthony Burges made believe he is a Housing Attorney and took my money NewYork New York!!. I needed a Housing Attorney because my landlord was trying to evict me, so I hired Anthony Burges, who made believe he is a licensed Housing Attorney on May 24, 2018. I went to “his office” at 477 Madison Ave in New York. He listened, said no problem, I promise you at least one year and money back. Fine, I signed a retainer and gave him the money. He promised to do anything necessary and to show up in court but be did neither nor. The Court Dates were coming, my landlord started harrassing me … I tried to call Mr. Burges, texted him, eMailed him but nothing. Well, I had no choice, had to move out, luckily I found a much more expensive place, 5 days before I would have gotten evicted. What a rip-off. He took advantage of my situation. I want my money back from him and actually he should be responsable for what I have to pay now and what I had to pay for the move. He did a crime, making believe he is a licensed lawyer but he is not. Now I have to find a lawyer to sue him but which one and where to find him? If anyone can help me with that, please contact me.
