Regarding anytime fitness sector 16 Faridabad 1. Cross cable is not replaced even after three months of complaints. 2. There is no proper belts for all sizes 3. Fitness manager don”t know how to talk to customers asking me to not renew the membership if its ending because i made complaint again and again for the cross cable. 4.fitness manager asked to give back membership card if I”m using the same branch regularly. I will not tolerate this and will be going to take this to the consumer court if it is taken for granted now.

The owners of Anytime fitness in Magee, MS are horribly rude. The owner CARL treats his customers with disrespect. Please think twice before being subject to such rude service. I was in anytime fitness when the owner ran across the gym and started screeching at my husband, a one legged disabled, Army vet that was working out. My husband was not bothering the owner when he verbally attacked him. If he can disrespect a one legged vet he will disrespect anyone. I was disgusted.

The business was just purchased by a new owner (Reid) and the place was let go to the point where the same trash that was left on the floor, would be there 3 to 4 days later. No soap, paper towels and equipment is always very dirty. And I am not that picky either! So, I opted to move to another location. He got mad and canceled my membership Feb 2nd, but still charged me for the entire month. He refuses to credit me for the entire month I was not permitted to use the facility. The owner is impossible to talk to, and feels like he is King *** there. I was at that location for almost two years and was pleased until he bought the place. I later found out he is part owner of the West St. Paul location as well. That story will be posted as well. Avoid both locations!!

The Anytime Fitness in Wichita KS off of Seneca st. has the WORST manager ever. Clocks have all been dead for over a year now. There is NEVER any sanitation spray or wipes available. And what”s worse, is every single day I come in, all I see him doing is working out with his girlfriend and not maintaining any of the equipment or supplies that I pay almost $50 a month for. It is completely ridiculous and downright lazy. The bathrooms are disgusting and if any machine were down it would not be fixed for at least 6 months if not more.

So i signed a 1 year contract with anytime fitness. After 5 or 6 month i ask them to freeze my account for 4 month and cancel a tanning bed service. There was no problem with that at all. Of course not, their tanning bed sucks! The glass has been broken for a few months and lamps are old as [censored]. I should have ask for refund, i had all the rights to do that, but i didn”t want to be a b**** about 15 bucks a month. Anyway, then i got pregnant and i couldn”t work out anymore (i”m bleeding and can hardly walk around the house), so i went to the office and ask them to cancel my contract. It was right a day before my payment was scheduled after refreeze. The lady said she will cancel my contract but she won”t be able to stop scheduled payment. That was absolutely fine with me. In a couple weeks they called me back and told me that i have to pay a 50 bucks fee and bring a note from a doctor. I was pissed off. By the time i got my appointment to a doctor they charged me for another month. I called them and ask to freeze account until i bring them a damned note from a doctor. Lady said it”s okay.. Today (June, 2) was my first visit to a doctor. And tomorrow guess what? These [censored] will charge me again. I called them today to make sure that my account is still frozen and it is not. She “froze” it just for two weeks. For what reason? It was paid anyway for the whole month. At the end of a conversation she told me that i am a liar cause i didn”t bring them a note yet. What a bunch of [censored]. The bottom line is. I won”t die without extra 200 bucks, but this company just lost its customer and earned a piss poor reputation.

Since joining, tanning bed hasn’t worked, took months to fix but had to pay. FOB card doesn’t work for many reasons they tell you, but still I pay. New equipment already broke, but they take my money. The managers/ trainers charge for classes they run, overcharge for training, they run, get a cut of supplements they sell, and promote themselves and their own training company and get paid from that. Members let non-members in after hours. Not safe no matter how many cameras. Don’t sign a contract! Owner gives the run around when contacted. Read before you join

Signed up for 2 year contract. In person was told couldn”t cancel, would have to sell my membership if needed to cancel. Not long after signing up it was discovered my husband had fairly serious health condition. and then I also received diagnosis for my other of LB dementia. needless to say, a gym was not in my future. I could not find anyone to take over the membership. so had to check off to a lesson learned about signing any contracts. 2 months after contract expired I was verifying a charge on credit card and realized I was still charged for a “membership”. I went on website and emailed the business office. I explained had gotten charged after contract expired. I had never used the service, I would not ever be able to use the service and did not renew my contract and wanted them to cease taking payments. I admit I was not diligent checking back. I was charged an additional 2 years. and this was without ever setting foot in the gym. When contacted by ABC, only after credit card company reissued different care due to fraudulent charges happening to many customers, making the charges finally stop. and now they have the nerve, after explained on phone to company that not only did I not owe anything, they owed me refund. (I know that is funny). I will dispute these charges forever. It seems like financial blackmail, we will make you pay or it will hurt your credit rating.

I had a word with some Ravi (apparently the Sales Manager, as told to me over the call). I visited the Anytime Fitness C-Scheme, Jaipur branch on August 18 “18, 19:40 IST as a fresh walk-in client to avail an Annual Membership under the Independence Day Offer (of INR17, 000 for 15-Months). I was addressed by Ravi & Hitesh Arya (purportedly the head of the club, also who owns Anytime Fitness, as personally told to me by him :D). I was shown around the facility, when the payment was about to be done I was called into a room by Hitesh Arya for some “conversation”. Hitesh and I had shared 3 years of Professional Companionship at NuYu Health Club, which ended 2 years back as I left the facility. Here in the room, in a very disorderly approach I was told by Hitesh that he won”t be giving me the membership as I professionally belong to the fitness field and I had been a trainer earlier. To which, when I dismayed by asking him to show me such clause or to give this to me in written he denied and told me that I”m the in charge here and I am authorised to deny the membership without any written reason (it appears that, he is doing mainly because of some past personal rancour against me). This was such a wretched and unprincipled conduct by your workforce that I will have to escalate this matter to whatsoever level probable to make it right. I do not have any professional association with Anytime Fitness whatsoever, as an employee or as a client ever in the past or present. Please be noted, I also solely intend to avail the membership ONLY for my own workouts. Kindly look into this matter and get me the membership ASAP. If Anytime Fitness plan not to give me the membership then please get it to me in written on your letter head to circumvent further legal progression from my side about this pathetic, amateurish and intolerable chaos.

This used to be a nice environment, but, now the hip hop, rap music coming out of the speakers is unbearable and offensive. my headphones wont even drown out the music and when I brought it to the attention of the manager she just smiled at me. This is the most expensive gym in Lawton and recently someone defecated on the back parking lot and its still there. I tried to call the owner but I guess the manager seen me looking for the number on her office door and she blacked it out. I”m not happy with this gym anymore.

This gym promises everything and you get nothing! This Anytime Fitness moved location 2 building up in the same parking lot. Then hours went to anytime to “I can”t use the gym because the hours are so restricted” Are you Anytime Fitness like the name says or maybe it should be “Sometimes Fitness” I joined and paid for Anytime. Where”s corporate? Does this gym not have a contract and rules they must follow with being a franchise? Poor management and poor staff. No Fob on the front door so access is limited to there hours they choose. Lazy and cheep owners!

They are the most heartless ### on the face of the earth. They are the most vindictive company I have ever seen. They have no compasion or regard for personal freedoms or personal rights. Anyone who does businesss with them deserves what they get. If you have a problem, don texpect them to help you. If your franchise fails you can expect them to try to get every dollar form you no matter what your situation. They do not care and have no human compassion. They are ###.
