Billy Adams, the owner of Apec Electrical Contractors, commits fraud by knowingly selling his customers used equipment as new for profit. He lies to his customers telling them that all the materials being used in the installations are brand new when they are really used, generally bought off ebay. He takes advantage of his customer’s trust and does so knowingly to make more money.. I demand To make this information public knowledge. Stay away
