This company is incredibly bad I don’t where to begin. They advertise 99.99% uptime but that is false. They are often down. They host y website and emails and both are often down, more often than they claim. I have lost mportant business due to arvixe. My credit card recently changed and when arrive tried to bill e for the five dollars I owe them it did not go through and they shut down my website and my email. They have no phone number and no way to contact t them except through their “online chat”. The chat is horrible. It takes forever for someone to come on, and when they do it is always someone who does not have even basic comprehension skills for English. And then they write sentences back to the customer that make absolutely no sense at all. They will refuse to get you a supervisor or anyone in the US. If you insist, they will say your browser does not seem to be working and disconnect you. If they offer any help at all, it is to send you a way to pay your bill through email, but they will only send it to the email address that they have suspended so there is no way to access it! I am still trying to find a way to pay them the five dollars but it is looking hopeless. In the meantime I would urge anyone considering using arvixe. com for welcoming or email to pick anyone else. Believe me you will save yourself a lot of headaches. I start my chat with them frustrated, and by the time it ends I am enraged. Be advised.

Problems with service. Poor support options. Long hold times. Management never addresses concerns. On 9/11/15 I noticed that my business email was no longer working. I called the support center and waited 28 minutes before someone answered the phone. I was informed at that time that my server had changed and I needed to update the new server name in outlook. Once that was done I was still receiving send receive errors. The call was dropped and because it was after 4pm PST I could not get anyone on the phone to address the issue. I had to wait until 9/14 to get someone on the phone. On 9/14 I called in again and was told to go to another company to change the mx exchange to correct the issue and it should be resolved within 4 hours. | Still nothing. Of course this was again after 4pm PST so I could not get any further assistance in the matter. 1 hour 15 minutes. 9/15 I was told there was an issue with the server and it should be resolved soon. Still having the same issue. total phone wait time 1 hour 22 minutes 9/16 tried calling again. Once again the call ended blaming me for not imputing the correct information into outlook. Even though I had the correct server information entered in. 45 minutes 9/18 I called in for the final time. I waited on hold for 25 minutes before the call dropped then waited again another 23 minutes before a rude tech got on the line blaming me for having an improper port entered on outlook. The port was correct the mail server was not working. | The tech hung up the phone when I demanded a supervisor. I called back in and tried to use the option 3 to speak with a supervisor. This option goes right back to the main menu. I chose option 1 for sales. I waited 25 minutes on hold to talk to someone in the sales department. (think about that for a moment. Someone trying to call in to purchase service waits over 25 minutes.) When I get someone on the line I ask to speak with a supervisor which leads to another 17 minute wait before the rep comes back and says that the supervisor will not come to the phone. I had to take my business to another company to ensure that my business needs are met. 7 days of not receiving email caused financial losses to my company.

They advertise unlimited storage and are compared with other providers which offer 100gb of storage. You would think that unlimited would at least be more than their competitors. It seems that after arvixe gets you signed up and paying they let you know that unlimited storage is about 20gb yes you read that right. | Do not use arvixe under any circumstances and if you use them now then move fast.
