The customer service representatives are very rude. I asked to talk to the supervisor, and he was also rude. All what I did was call one of the representatives to clarify some credit card charges. The lady was unprofessional and spoke in a tone that wasn’t helpful. I asked to speak her supervisor, and she kept yapping. When she transferred me her supervisor, he wasn’t helpful at all. Asknow-Train your customer service representatives on how to communicate with customers. Be polite. Watch your tone. Don’t get defensive.
