There’s no customer service. It’s simply inefficient. The waiting time is a joke. I had a connecting flight and had to wait for 3 hours in endless lines to get the passport control. What’s the problem to hire more officers instead of only three ones? The volume of passengers is huge, there are hundreds and hundreds of them, they constantly arrive and have to stay in lines like idiots for long hours missing their flights. It’s really strange that the situation like this actually exists.
