Atlanta Luxury Motor Richard Ward We Getover on our Customers Internet!!. I bought a 2007 Maserati Quattroporte from ALM on June 28, 2012. Obviously, this is an exotic car that you dont see every day. After having the car for 3 days, the Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) fault code started to come on. After having the car 5 days it over heated and had me stranded on I-20. I had to have the car towed to the Maserati dealer and pay over $1700 to have the car fixed and ALMs position on this situation was Oh Well, not our problem, sorry we SCREWD you On to the next sucker/customer. This is how I felt after talking with the General Manager. After doing some investigation, I found out that ALM took the car to the dealer to address an issue with the Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) On May 31st. At that time, the dealer recommended that the car be serviced and this would have fixed the EPB problem and the issue that caused the car to overheat. It is noted in the service record that ALM declined to have the car serviced but did decide to replace the EPB switch. Replacing the switch was like putting a band aid over a bleeding knife womb. If you are in the market looking to purchase a high end used car, ALM is not the place you want to buy from. I would strongly recommend that you take your business somewhere else. These guys are not reputable and they dont care about customer satisfaction. Obviously they dont see the importance of having repeat business and referrals,
