Today is Sunday October 1st 2017 I will wait until Tuesday October 3rd to go into my bank an file a formal complaint and need be I will go further and a lawyer if possible. Why the hell you have debited my account. I don’t own you then why you have debited my account. I don’t know you, I don’t who the hell are you. Refund my amount. It is not a good behaviour to debit the amount if I have not used the service although I don’t know you so how can I use your service and there is no customer care no to contact. It’s my humble request to you please refund my amount.

We are being charged monthly by audible and receive nothing. We didn”t sign up for anything from this company. It shows up on our credit card like this: audible adbl.co/bill nj no phone number. I just noticed it and it is recurring since january. $15.85 for 6 months. No way to cancel because we never signed up. No phone number to call. No account. Thank you for your help

Today a charge of $19.02 popped up being charged to my account. I neither looked at nor ordered any service for audio books or any other book at any time from any provider. Worse yet, this would have been an ongoing monthly fee for a service I did not order. The following are the details of the particular charge in dispute: 16 Oct 2017 MR LEONARD ALLAN BAIN Audible adbl.co/bill NJ -$19.02 email: [protected]@gmail.com

Today a charge of $14.95 popped up being charged to my account. I neither looked at nor ordered any service for audio books or any other book at any time from any provider. Worse yet, this would have been an ongoing monthly fee for a service I did not order. I am now told my card will be de-activated and I “may” get a replacement within 7 to 10 days and after that another 7 to 10 days for the fraud to be credited to my account. This is terribly disturbing. I have requested a refund but I am the one who will be inconveniently affected for several weeks from now. I feel I am lucky to have caught this charge for a monthly fee not ordered. Just think how other people will feel if they don”t notice the fraudulent fee.

This was charged to my account unbenounced to me… That’s all I get from the bank. Again the date was [protected], I have no idea the client number but my phone number is [protected]. My name is Brad Cochran. The charge is to my debit card that I’m not comfortable giving you. Also, this caused my account to go into arrears. This has NEVER happened to me in the past. It’s very embarrasssing. Please fix this!!! Sincerely, Brad Cochran Maybe it’s tied here because my ex wife’s a veracious reader. I can give you all her info if you need it. Thanks again!

Started seeing monthly charges to my CC account from audible. I do not have and never have had an audible or amazon account. The representative on the phone told me that since I could not provide them with the account number of either that they could do nothing to help me or stop me from being charged, despite being able to provide them with the bank confirmation number attached to the charges. How can I give you account details to an account that I don”t have and have never received a paper bill for?

So apparently audible has been charging my card since July of 2011 with $14.95 a month. I have NEVER signed up for or purchased a single thing from audible. In fact, when I was once tempted by their free trial offer, the fact that they required a credit card number to register turned me off and I explicitly chose not to avail myself of their free offer. I called SunTrust to dispute the charges and they were very helpful. They are going to have to replace my debit card because the nature of the charges is odd: it’s not listed as a recurrent monthly charge but rather Audible charges each month like a new transaction which requires I get a new card in order to stop it. I read elsewhere that Audible is part of the Amazon empire and seeing as I have given Amazon my debit card information (at almost exactly the time the Audible charges began) that is how they got my debit card number. SUPER SHADY!

This is an audio book recurring purchase. When I called Audible at 9.01 I waited until 9:24 for a supervisor who would not provide his name. They did not have an account for me under my email, I did not give my consent for this purchase nor have I had prior contact with them. This company seems to be engaging in fraudulent practices and stealing banking information from Amazon.
