Yes I am filling a report of this company charging me for a vehicle that I have never owned or ever had any dealings with. The harassment phone calls and charges need to stop. My credit is going under because of this and it is not me that they are looking for.

They must have a target list of VERY senior citizens. We just opened a notice from Automotive Services Department addressed to my Mother. She has NEVER owned a car, NEVER even had a drivers license, is 91 years old, blind, and has had dementia for years. I wish they would abide by their notice where they state "This will be our only attempt to contact you about your expiring factory warranty" This is the third one of these letters we have received.

This is nothing but a scam; sending me a letter saying they have tried to contact me multiple times to up date my auto files. WHAT AUTO ? Some one needs to go after these scammers. They always seem to take advantage of people and get away with it.
