Run dont walk away from this mlm scam. You cannt make money. I have been selling avon on and off since 1996. Used to be you could make a nice modest amount of cash. No more. You never know what level of commision you will get stuck with. Avon fee’s you to death. The products are cheap and repackaged. Like the perfumr u loved that they did contined smells awfully like the new repackaged new scent just put out. The facial products are the same way. The makeup is cheap, made in china. Most of the products are cheap and made in china. So whos making the cash. Not the person doing the work. They are a ripoff and do not care about the reps or customers. I dont want free ### as a reward I want cold hard cash. Run dont walk this pyramid sceme will leave u broke.

Your customer service is absolutely horrible! I have called 3 times about Avon living magalogs that I have ordered and have gotten no where! The first time I called (Saturday August 26, 2017) your “specialist” told me I didn”t order any with my C21 customers orders. So I got off of the phone with him and ordered 3 quantities. Then when those didn”t arrive I called once more (on Thursday August 31, 2017) and the woman I spoke with said they will be shipped out in 7-10 business days! I told her I wanted to cancel my order and she said she couldn”t cancel it because it has already been shipped, but she just told me they wont be shipped for about another week which makes absolutely no sense. So she assured me that once they arrive I can call and they will credit my money back to me. I waited and 2 days later my package arrived with an English order book and no Avon Living magalogs. I was furious! Once more I called (on Tuesday September 5, 2017) and spoke with a man that apologized to me and assured me that those other two times I ordered magalogs (yes he could see that i previously ordered a total of 5 orders of Avon Living magalogs) that I was not charged. He then helped me order some new ones. I told him I did not want the C19-22 magalogs because I only had 24 hours left until my C22 order was due (on Wednesday September 6, 2017) and that I wouldn”t have time to get them to my customers. He agreed that they would be for C23 which I started today (Friday September 8, 2017). I did receive my box of Avon Living magalogs today and was eager to open the box but when I did it just made me even more livid. They were Avon Living magalogs for C19-22 which for me ended 2 days ago! I was definitely charged for these and I want my money back as I have no use for these at all. I love selling Avon and doing what I do but after this experience I no longer wish to sell if your customer service is going to have absolutely no clue what I”m talking about when I call and no clue how to fix the issue. I”ve only been an Avon rep for a month and this is not a good way for me to help boost my business.

Your Avon Representative is making serious racial slurs on Facebook. Is this the kind of people you have representing your company? I don’t think I will be making any purchases from Avon with people like this working for you. I would post what she wrote on Facebook but it’s too disgusting. She seems to have no prooblem using the “N” word and from what I’ve read this is not the first time she’s posted such vile and disgusting racial slurs all thw while representing Avon!!!

We received a text from avon for the first time, reminding my mom to pay for the past due, so they will cancel any legal action. My mom paid alreasy the amount to her dealer/manager nielde. So we asked her, what other possible charges that we failed to pay, she said, maybe its the penalty, amounting p169.00 only? And the term is legal action? That her dealer / manager, didnt ever remind her that she still has payment. She paid thousands for the products, not to brag, but this?? How dare them giving my mom a warning and using wrong term “legal action”! Hoping for you immediate response on my complaint. Thank you for your time. We love avon, always been a consumer but this time, its disappointing.

To whom it may concern, I went to gerdt furniture with my daughter to look at new sofa sets with the intention of buying one for my family room. I was in the store for at least 40 minutes. Not one time did anyone welcome us or ask us if they could be of assistance to us. Upon leaving the store three of the women that work there were sitting up front just laughing away until we got closer to them then all three looked down from us, no have a good evening or was there anything you were interested in? I know I was not dressed up or look like I could afford to shop there but there is an old saying about not judging a book by its cover. Not everyone dresses up before shopping and these ladies need to think about this. The treatment I and my daughter received from them cost the store a sale.

To all past, present and future avon reps, beware is all I can say. Have you had problems with customer service? Have you had problems with ez returns? Have you had problems with managers? Have you been billed for products and not receiving them? Have you had problems getting credits applied to your account? My answer to all of these is yes! Is yours? I would really love to hear your complaints and problems concerning being an avon rep. Please, email me at: honesty.[protected]@yahoo.com as soon as possible. The more responses I have the better. That’s all I can say at the moment. Hope to hear from you all soon and god bless!!

This company does not know how to use the Internet to make the selling experience fulfilling, fun, or just plain easy. They have an ancient accounting system (I believe they still use mainframe computers) and their customer service reps are guaranteed a job as long as they keep their fulfillment system complicated. It is difficult to understand the charges on the prnted invoices or online. Their descriptions are vague such as “additional order” and “order processing fee” (which is duplicated many times thus adding to the “total” that they are “owed”). Their customer service staff is very nice and helpful but they are in India or Philippines and are working from a script. You must go thru them before you get someone who is a “supervisor” who will then have some knowledge and ability to do anything for you. Often I have had people hang up on me so I have to call back and go through the entering account number & listening to their constant “commercials” while you wait. Only to have to give my account number yet again when the agent comes on the phone. If I enter the account number why doesn’t the system recognize me? If you have nothing else to do with your life and want to jump through the hoops and takethe “online training” which does not tell you about contingencies, go ahead. But if you want to do this part time figure on spending hours and hours on the phone and on their pathetic web site to figure out what to do and what you owe. I began by sending my customers to the web site thinking they will have an easy time … to my chagrin, they told me they had a very difficult time navigating the site. The site is really constructed for representatives, but even for us it is like jumping thru hoops. I often told the CS folks to change the site to make it easier to use like using Amazon or any other store that has a web presence. They are using a brick and mortar mentality on the web and in my estimation, that is a waste of time and energy. I feel sorry for you if you have had problems. I just quit this because it made me angry every time I tried to process simple orders. IT is really a nightmare. There is enough drama in my life without having to wrestle with Avon. I’m out and I’m relieved. I suggest you spread the word all over the Internet if you have trouble. Maybe thenthey will come into the 21st century and make it easier for reps, customers and maybe even their own staff … although they will most likely have to get rid of customer service agents if it is made to be easier. There’s the rub …

Someone used my wife”s ID number to sign up with Avon Colombia over the phone. This person did not need to show any identification to Avon Colombia. Avon Colombia gave this person credit and sent them Avon Colombia products without any verification. When my wife found she had reported to Datacredito for non-payment, my wife contacted Avon Colombia, and Avon Colombia lied to my wife and told her they had a copy of her ID, a signature and a fingerprint. Avon Colombia told my wife there was nothing that could be done as they had a signed contract. We had to hire a law firm to contact Avon Colombia. Again, Avon Colombia lied and told the attorneys that had a copy of her ID, a signature and a fingerprint. Avon Colombia sent the attorneys an email it was not their fault, but they agreed to remove the bad credit. Avon Colombia, you owe my wife apology at a minimum. Shame on Avon Colombia!

They advertise stuff in the catalogs, you order it and take the customs money, and then avon tells you sorry we ran out. It’ll be 4 – 8 weeks before we get more, or we want be getting any more at all. So now you as the avon rep. Has to face the angry customer and look foolish and take a lot of back talk from a customer, and refund the money. And you just lost a customer because of this.

This is not a complaint against the company (At this time) , but about a very unpleasant, rude, and dishonorable avon rep in the pleasant grove area of dallas. Her name is valerie lucas. I ordered a wild country soap on a rope in the c25 campaign, and neither the product nor the refund was ever given to me. I asked her for the refund the first time mid december. She failed to respond to several calls and texts from me, and did not deliver the product refund despite being reminded ahead of time of our christmas eve night meeting. She was very inflexible and unaccomodating. If I couldn”t make her specific time, it was a nightmare to get her to agree to one. This business is supposed to be customer-led last time I checked. I gave her even more time and flexibility, saying she could mail the refund to me after she got her next check. After the first of the year, I asked her politely when she would be able to send it, all I got was “i already mailed it… ” with no other mention of it having been sent, like I was supposed to somehow know. As expected, it never came. She tried to tell me that she would give me “an extra $5” this week, but I could not meet at her required time as I had something already scheduled. When I offered to meet the following day, she refused. I even offered to give it additional time to arrive, again she refused. I have all of this proof in writing. She would also not have said “call avon for your refund” if she had sent it. She is not someone you want to risk one moment or one cent of your life with, and should not be selling avon or anything else as she cannot be trusted. She ripped me off, and will do it to you, too.
