Reporting a debt to the credit bureau that’s not mine in order to make me pay it to remove it from my credit file. My credit score is over 700 and this is the only collection account on it. They are hurting my credit. I told them several times oits not mine. They just said pay oit and we will take it off. I want them to take it off. I’m filing reports with the state of Ca,Fl and Tn where they have license.
