UP220 miami to Nassau 2 Aug 2019 cancelled. Missed nights stay in Nassau & lost out on hotel booking which was prepaid. Unable to get refund of $114. UP223 nassau to miami 12 Aug 2019 delayed by 5 hours which meant I missed connecting flight at 5.30pm from Miami to London Gatwick. Staff at airport wouldn’t help at all instead telling me it’s only bahamasair responsibility to get to end destination. I had to book 2 flights to get to UK, XL airways Miami to Paris and easyjet paris to London Gatwick. I want refunding for the additional flights I had to book due to the extensive delay of flight UP223 and refund of additional train booking as missed connecting train travel from London Gatwick to home which was prepaid for specific train booking. I have emailed time and time again and im getting no acknowledgement at all for my complaint. The initial cancelled and delayed flights ruined the start and end of our holiday and cost me a substantial amount of additional money to get home. [protected]@hotmail.co.uk
