Reserved rm #112 Jacuzzi rm., was given key, and it was occupied by another guest, owner failed to put block on rm. I was moved 3 Dr down #116, walked in and immediately was horrified by the state of rm! Left rm for 30min to check pool out, went back to rm was unable to get either key to work, front desk clerk after multiple attempts finally got it opened. Asked to speak to management, and never heard from anyone, front desk clerk returns to ask if I”d like to move again to rm.120 I did for the 3rd x in 45 min! Rm. Wasn”t much better! Next morning I spoke to owner at check out, and all I received was an I”m sorry!!! Really? The furniture was urine stained, bathtubs were dirty lamps broken, shades stained, remotes had no back, table had some type of substance on it, holes in ceiling, furniture was torn, cig holes in bedspread, screws openly showing in walls, paint missing from walls, lights dirty, bathroom ceiling looked like it could fall thru anytime, dr. To our rm looked like it had been kicked in!! And no one wanted to help, or offered any compensation!!! Never again, we have never had such a horrible experience!
