Company took payment for hair and sent unsatisfactory product. Initially when I contacted the company they were responsive and stated they would send out new wefts of hair once they received the original hair. This hair was received on Jan 30 and it was acknowledged that it was received. Since that time they they have not responded to any of my inquiries by phone email or Facebook. In fact they have erased all messages I have put on their facebook page. In short, they have my money and I have no product. They have stolen my money.
