The above HVAC installer did our home at 860 San Marco Court in Myrtle Beach, SC. A worker came to change out our thermostat because he said the wrong one was installed. At the same time he sold us a maintenance contract which we paid for that day. We have been here six months and called them to come do the maintenance. Five phone calls to their answering service and we still have not received a call back from them. We assumed this contractor was reputable since your company had them doing your new home installs. Since this is not warranty work, the warranty service people can not help us. I was told they are still doing work for Beazer. Can someone from corporate contact this company and find out why they are not backing up their contract with them for maintenace. Gene and Mary Carangelo [protected] or [protected]

When we moved in our Beazer home in 2016. We noticed the ac did not work correctly in some of our bedrooms a few months after move in. I reached out to Beazer and I was informed that is was a thermostat issue. I was told to make sure I was keeping the thermostats at least 5 degree different from each other. We tried it and the rooms still continue to be warmer than any other rooms in the home. Months later the problem continued to get worse but in other rooms of the home. I called again and I was told to call warranty to take a look at it. The problem still exists and no one wants to take responsibility for it. Last year someone from Beazer warranty came out to look at the ac again but stated there’s not a problem. Here we are 3 years later and the problem is even worse. Our ac is not cooling now and Who knows what else is wrong with it. I know from day one that there was a problem with this ac system. We want our ac fixed as this is a very hot summer The picture is the attic ac unit that has a small split where air is escaping

We purchased our home almost 3 years ago;however, the sink was definitely put in as a shotty job! Sinks are inserts but apparently the installer thought that you glue it under the sink with silicon glue! Needless to say, I was fixing easter dinner. The dishwasher was going and I had just went to drain something and the sink fell down into the cabinet. Water from the dishwasher ended up all over my floor and cabinet. My wood is now turning up due to the amount of water and ruined. I am beyond furious! I have photos showing the silicon. This completely ruined our easter gathering and the nearest hardware store (lowe”s) was closed for the holiday! I forgave the fact that the sidewalk turned up and no one ever called me back to redo, I forgave the fact of the shotty job with seeding that was done (my husband redid ours) while others continued to try to contact you to redo theirs, I forgave that my upstairs is slightly sloped and the installer shaved the bottom of the bathroom doors to make an illusion but now this is yet another issue and this time I want it fixed properly and my flooring around it replaced!!! This didn”t affect just one person but many! This was an easter dinner in which was suppose to be a joyous occasion but yet I couldn”t complete the meal! This is unacceptable plus, sinks are inserts not to stick with silicon under a sink!!! Is this the type of operation beazer holds? We came from another builder hearing only good things about beazer homes and now I am not feeling that the reviews and word of mouth is true! Please contact me immediately to rectify!!!

We purchased a home in the above mentioned community. So far all is ok with home. We did have an issue with standing water between ours and our neighbor I called and took picture etc but because our 92 year old neighbor but sand to absorb it If course did not solve problem they wouldn’t honor it. Told me I should report him!! A 92 year old??? I have had workers cut my cable and just connect a hose to my water and use it!!! I went without internet for 8 days because I am not full time living there yet so after just being there we had to fly again to meet with Spectrum and he found the cable cut and they tied it together to get it out of their way and never said a word to anyone!! It cost me over $500 .00 for that trip that was not planned. Then the day we were leaving we all of a sudden hear our water running!!! They just connected a hose and used our water to do whatever they needed in the house they were building!! Who does that? I have been in contact with three different people and each one points us to another person. I need someone to be held accountable for this and refund me my trip money. I feel so nervous not being there not know what the will try next.

The carpet in the basement is not properly installed and keeps on squeaking, Kindly look in the matter. Also the nails at the end of the carpet are popping up in several places of the house. The front door frame needs to be replaced as it was chipped and painted to look good from day 1. The house also needs painting work to be done at several spots, one of the windows has cracked window pane which needs to be replaced. Powder room toilet seat needs to be replaced as it has a crack. There has been no walk thru after closing ( 10 day and 45 day).
