I bought one 9 month USMLE program for online review with Becker, and ordered two book sets. I paid for the program and book sets using FlyWire, a service for transfers. My payment was accredited and the order was shipped. I was sent an “Order Shipment confirmation” mail, which stated two textbook sets. | When my package arrives, I only have one set. Thus, I mail Becker to ask why is that and they mention some sort of “Textobook” policy, which is not on their website, that suposedly allows only 1 textbook set per subscription. No refunds were offered on their answer, only the following: | “I apologize but our textbook policy applies to all Becker USMLE students. We are unable to change our policy on this. | Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.”
