Purchased a quilt few days ago the product is having the stitch failure one end and the quality of the product is not good at of that cost resolve the complaint as early as possible and revert the explanation and dont sell that type off non durability products in your store.But store people are saying products not exchange .we want to exchange the product .so please solve the problem immediately

They delivery boys just delivered My mattresses wherever they wanted and called me saying that as I was not there they delivered it to some other number. Funny thing is that I was available the whole day. Another funny thing they told that they will deliver it on Monday but they delivered it on Sunday. They are just non-sense. Reluctant to pick up the phones when I tried to contact them.

Stop this pathetic service, Since a long I had been a Regular customer of Big Bazaar, Around 12 to 15 k Every month I do purchase from Big Bazaar. But Initially It was good and pleasure shopping with Big Bazaar Now its hell and think twice before going to Big bazaar Outlets. Today I had finally decided not to go Big bazaar and even recommend others not to go to Big Bazaar because you are Looters and gang of Nuisance people. I think since you became brand now you guys thing that we can do what ever you want and because people are coming and buying from you so you do whatever you want to do. Your guys are not trained even dnt know how to talk or behave with the Customers, Your Manager just stand and ask you question rather than asking his Team, Stock not been taggged with badges and Yes Free bies God Know where these goes. I had attached Bill of today”s my last shopping with Big bazar, spoiled my day by your Team and badges on cloth was not even removed after paying and even when I came out from store your staff was laughing and more than that when I came out from the store the badge was not been removed from the cloth, what a humiliating. Stop this third class treatment and service, dnt hire your staff from Bangladesh or even worst than that.Everything there is some issue and more than that charging 24 Rs for a bag? A Bag? what a loot and, what the hell is this? Non sense-pathetic-third class and worthless services. Thanx to lots and other store which treat their customer with grace and valued. And offer so good price point and deliver at home with very nominal charges. So loss of Big bazzar is Lots gain. Sir, Today on 06.11.18 I have purchased 8 boxes of KITCHEN ESSENZA MEGA KITCHEN SET which includes 18 pieces of kitchenware. But it is very sad to see that many boxes contained lesser items then shown in the mart. We were there to purchase products for corporate bulk orders and relied on the salesman who opened one box in front of us and then took seven other boxes by himself, we were not at all expecting this kind of service from such big brand. Looking forward for your assurance to change the product in an easy go. Regards

Sir, I have been visited quite number of stores, malls etc at Bengaluru, Poona, Mumbai and even your store at above mentioned store, never ever beep sound came while entering the store. But when I entered your store at Belagavi on the evening of 29th Jan, your entrance door started beeping. Security requested me to check for the tag if I have purchased from outside. I said none. He asked me whether I am wearing new readymade clothes. I replied negatively. He asked me to handover my wallet after removing all belongings. He kept on searching for the tag for ten minutes. During all this time my family was waiting in the door only as culprits. You can understand the humiliation. After searching for a good time, he removed something from the wallet and told that, because of this tag door was beeping. But as I am using the very wallet from last one year or so, in none of the stores/malls in the above mentioned cities, doors did not beeped. As the wallet was presented to me by my daughter, I called her and explained this. She told me that the high end wallet belongs to HIDESIGN company and it contains RFID tag, which helps in finding it in case of theft. Immediately, I met Mr Vikas Kaushal, staff No.483810 and explained everything and asked for replacement/cost of the wallet. He just said sorry politely. This has happened absolutely because of the technical problem in your store. Hence, kindly do the needful to compensate for the loss incurred to me at the earliest. I give him my discount coupon (which I got from big bazar earlier when I shopping of voom liquid detergent) but he denied and say that this coupon not discounted because this time offer extended. Staff name chandan have quite rude behavior and doesn”t know how to treat customer… There were four billing counter all of them were working but there was no staff in 3 counter and in 1 counter staff name chandan He was just seating in the billing counter and doing nothing still then he order us to go to ground floor for billing? ?? We started asking why but then he started arguing and charging. . What the… ?? Is this the way to treat customer??

sir i feel sorry to state the condition at your big bazaar, ratan mall, delhi gate, Agra are not satisfying. on 8feb2011 a micromax-Q55 was purchased on invoice no. [protected] with imei no-[protected]. since the day the mobile has been purchased the mobile was not working properly and till date we are being made to visit the one mobile counter again and again. the mobile has a network problem which is not repairable as told by the service center and it will take atleast three months for the set to be returned.and as told by the people of the service center that when the problem was there since the very first day the retailer should have changed the phone and not sent us to the service center. the employs at big bazaar ratan mall Agra are so ill-mannered that do not knw how to behave with customers they shout on customers watching cricket match is more imp to them instead of solving the problem of customers. seniors like mr.vijay pundhir(relationship manager) who took the responsibility of getting the set changed also doesnt have the manners to take. Waiting for response and pls help us solving the problem asap and appropriate action to be taken.

While Big bazaar claims that they have the least price for any product, that price may just be for display. It may not reach the consumer at all unless you have patience to verify the bill. My experience was with some offer in baby dresses, at their Udupi (Karnataka) outlet. In the bill I did not see the offer reflected, but the sales girl complained that it is the computer problem. what she did not know was I was in the business of building software for retailers and I know who is at fault :-). I called on the store manager. He too showed ignorance. Now i decided to verify the bill if I happen to go to Big bazaar again, and warned all my friends. You take care of that too!!

The Big Bazaar outlet has managed to convince me never to shop at a big bazaar ever again and not recommend it to anyone. let me cite my experience at the Thane branch where I go religiously. Since the last 4 months that I have been going there, there has never been any air conditioning inside making the entire experience a pathetic and sweaty one. The first time I enquired a few months back I was told that it was because of electricity cuts in Thane. The second time someone told me there was a compressor problem and today when I went there they had no excuse. I personally feel that the person running it (if its a franchisee) is saving huge money on electricity by not running the a/c however what he is not realizing is that in this age where we have a D Mart and a Reliance just some distance away, the experience inside the store is what will count. I took the number of the customer care but nobody answers the phone. I will try to get in touch with Mr Biyanis office and recommend a surprise visit by him to experience what Im talking about but I thought others reading this should BAN big bazaar. Vijay

sir, I niraj niranjan has purachsed two item on today I have gone for billing priority counter 1 billing less than 5 products only for my item billing but that preferred counter is billing for more than 5 products . which very defeat the purpose of that particular counter I have to stand for more time when I asked the person billing the same he was not in a position to give appropriate reason.
