Big Red Sports and Imports False advertising and Liars Norman Oklahoma!!. I have been corresponding with Big Red about the purchase of a automobiles. I spoke to the internet manager who was very nice and took my information. Then I spoke to the sales manager and he told me the information I needed to purchase a automobile following the discharge of my bancruptsy. I brought all the information requested to the dealership on a guaranteed that your dealership could get me in the two automobiles that your add stated. Good credit, bad credit , bancruptsy we can get you approved with $199 down on two Kia fortes. We arrived and talked to a salesman named Trevino who took our information. We then told him if you can not get us in a automobile let us know so we do not waste his time or ours. He took our information and came back about 15 minutes later and said we have a lender so lets take the cars out and see if you like them. He brought a car around for my wife to test drive before she got in the car she asked him again are you sure that you have a lender and we are going to get the automobiles. He stated to her yes we have a lender and I asked how much the payments on the cars would be he said around $460 – $500 a month for both automobiles. I said that was fine. He then took my wife for her test drive she loved the automobile. He then got out and told me he was going to get the keys for the other automobile and if I liked it we can start the paperwork and get us out of here. So we waited for awhile then I went and asked him if everything was ok Trevino told me yes he just couldn’t get the keys for the other car because they were stuck. I said ok we will be out here waiting then he comes out and tells us your dealership could not get a lender. We spent almost two hours there and lied to the whole time about the situation. That is the most unprofessional situation I have been in and I would like some clarification on what exactly happened and the faulty add that is being broadcast on the internet about $199 gets you in two automobiles. I would prefer for a manager to contact me since I was told by the internet sales man named Matt he would call go and find out what was going on. when I called him back he told me we are kinda busy if I didn’t notice so he will get to it when he does and he can not go ask them if I am talking to him on the phone. what kind of customer service is that. strictly unprofessional.
