I purchased chips during a promotion. Got a prize of 50 million gold. They said they made a mistake. They will honor their mistake and not to take the prize back. But they took them back in 2 days time. Then say will send a apology basket. I have been playing this casino game for years, spent thousands of money. Yet this is how they treat loyal VIPs! I have screenshot what they say.. I demand I just want my chips back. I don’t recommend them
