Birthstone deals took money out of my account and never sent product Hayward California!!. I had ordered a wooden watch on 11/11/2018 and the confirmation said I would receive an email in a few days telling me it was shipped. Never received that email after a couple weeks I emailed to ask, no response. I have sent 4 emails no response and still no watch. I had received an email on 12/7/2018 stating the products had been shipped, when I went to go pull the email to see if there is tracking information and the email seems to have disappeared and I cannot location it in any of my folders in my email.
