Recently I made an order. I have not received the product and I wont be able to receive the product. The customer service is really terrible. Once I noticed the shipping address is wrong, I wanted to change the address. I emailed to the customer service with the correct address. No response until the next day. The next day I received an email indicating that I need to call them. So, I called. However, I found that they have an automated system so that they cannot change the address or cancel the order. So, even though the address is wrong and they have not sent out the product yet, they plan to send out the product to the wrong address anyway. So, the bottom line is that once the order is made, there is no way to cancel the order. This is how this website does their customer service. The person at the customer service center called Chris told me that once the product is returned from the delivery to the wrong address, they would refund my money. That is the only way I can have my money back. So if it is not returned, I won’t have my money back, which is quite likely to happen. Chris even shouted me. It is quite deplorable.

Hello, My name Lorraine Levinson.I do have serious issues with customer service. In April I ordered coat/cape and right away I did return to them on April 28th, 2017. Here my order number 34453811893 here the prove from FEDEX delivery my returns prove of FedEx delivery of my returns to them Bluefly got my Returns on May 2nd, 2017, since this date I got just one single message -receiving confirmation. I do calling, but they are not answering, the telephone has been disconnected. I am writing to them without responses too. They do keep an expensive coat and my money, they sent some kind of advertisement on my email instead of giving me a proper date and time of my returns. I did return according to the Policy !!! They are not following their own Policy, this company is not Legit , total fraud by them !! My email is [email& 160;protected]

I bought a designer blouse on bluefly.com. It was supposed to be new merchandise, but when it came, it appeared worn, so I decided to return it. There was no return label sent, and no information about how to return the item, so I contacted bluefly.com customer service by email. | Bluefly.com customer service then sent me a return label only, no form to fill out for me to give the reason for my return as other stores have. At no time was I asked why I was returning the product. | When bluefly.com received the item back, they sent me an email telling me they were refusing the return because the item was worn. BUT THEY SENT ME THE ITEM ALREADY WORN! There was no disclosure on the bluefly.com site where the item was described that it was worn. | DON’T BUY FROM BLUEFLY.COM! THEY ARE SELLING USED ITEMS AS NEW!! Warning — scam site!

The worst customer service of any place I have seen. Carrying high end merchandise is obviously no indication of what type of service will be rendered. Pricey shipping I accept, after all, no one forced me to buy $200 costume jewelry, I did it because I really liked it. pricey returns I accept, because I wanted the cheap looking and feeling stuff out of my house. The delay in being refunded my money is not acceptable. They said ten days, and now on my twelfth day, I’m still waiting. Maybe they counted Black Friday as a holiday. If my money hasn’t posted by tomorrow, I’m contacting my credit card company to do a charge back, and Bluefly can wait ten days for their 7 bucks in return shipping. Once I have my money, I’m removing myself from their email list and I’m never looking back. BTW, Nordstrom offers free shipping both ways. How silly of me to have strayed…
