Purchased cosmetics in-store for $146.28 on 2/27/19. Called blue mercury website to return. | I was told this would be no problem. I was emailed a return label. I took the package to the UPS store THAT same day at around 530pm (this was around 3/5 or 3/6/19 I believe). This was the UPS store on Gloster St in Tupelo, Mississippi. | I did not see a refund for weeks. I called the online number 2 times. I also emailed them several times. They said they could not do anything as it should never have been sent via UPS and they do not know why anyone sent me a label. The policy is that in store is handled by the stores and online purchases online. This makes sense; however, it was the error of the person online who sent me a UPS label and told me it would be processed in 5-7 days. The online number told me (on phone and email) that I would have to call the original store and they would refund me.. | I called the store (on M Street in Washington, DC) 2 times on 4/9/19. I was told this would be fixed. I had one return call leaving the main website number. I called back and have yet to hear anything. | They have the information, the copy of the receipt, my name, etc | I spend thousands of dollars yearly at this store. I do not see why such a simple refund is so difficult. | I would like a prompt resolution and refund.
