BMPC/Brian McCormick Auto Gas Rubber checks East Peoria, Metamora Illinois!!. Provided trucking services to Brian McCormick. Since his biz is a one-person shop, we requested cash at the time of service. Our driver hauled his freight, asked for the money, Brian gave us a check instead of cash. We tried to deposit the check multiple times, it bounces every time. I’ve spoken with Brian multiple times who “promises” to visit our office with cash. I’ve offered him multiple oppy’s to meet so he doesn’t have to drive to Chicago, he finds a reason to cancel every time. Continually tells us “I’m not trying to avoid you” which is an alternative fact. He has no money & doesn’t plan on paying. I’ve driven to Metamora & went directly to his home, but no-one would answer the door. Next step is locating an asset of the deadbeats & picking it up with our Landoll.
