Scheduled a payment to pay a credit card with their online banking. I download all transactions to Quicken to confirm. It confirmed the scheduled transaction. 2 days later a payment was made to the wrong company, a telecom company. The amount was substantial I called BB&t immediately and they told me they could see the issue and were correcting and I could see within an hour. It never was corrected. I called again and was told something similar. It was not corrected. I called again and was supposed to be called back. Bottom line _ they sent me an e-mail saying it had to be my error. I could agree if I had not had third party confirmation from the date of the transaction. Be careful with their online banking and confirm everything with some type of third party software. the issue is how do you get the mistake corrected if it is made to an unethical company. Thankfully mine was made to one that cooperated.
