BRIAN’S HARLEY DAVIDSON Finance manager Traded a 2016 V Rod on 4/18/2018 For 2018 FXBRS Breakout Langhorne, Pennsylvania!!. Traded my 2019 V Rod from Brian’s Hd for a 2018 FXBRS Breakout anniversary from Hannum’s Hd. On 4/18/2018 my extended warranty was canceled by Hannum’s. Hannum’s said I would be getting a check from Brian’s Hd in about 4 weeks. Well its almost 2 months later and no check. I called Brian’s Hd , The finance Manager (Michael Dumas) said I would have to come in and sign a cancellation warranty paperwork.(which Hannum’s Hd already did/ called Brian’s hd, and sent a letter) Michael Dumas said he would backdate the paperwork 30 days. Yeah anything to rip you off. When I got there Michael Dumas screwed me out of almost 2 months. Michael Dumas said it will be dated for today 5/26/2018. Well he lied to me from what he said on the phone. I told him, see this is why people are not buying from them because of the screwing they give people! People like him leave a bad taste in your mouth. I myself will never buy a motorcycle from Brian’s hd! This guy Michael Dumas is a joke. Its almost like he got off on screwing you out of money! The other thing I realized is the previous Brian’s Hd finance managers are at Barb’s Hd screwing people over with high interest rates, and Brian’s hd picks up Barb’s hd finance manager. I would not buy from either one of them. I believe something is going on There! Thank you Michael Dumas for opening my eyes on your character!
