Stay away from Brickhouse, learn from my lost time. Their support is scarce and it will take you a long time to get them on the phone. Then they don’t know what they are doing. Then they will place you on hold as if they are doing something on your behalf but all they are really doing is wasting another customer’s time by pretending to help them. | I spent four hours only to be told there is nothing that can be done and we will give you an RMA number to send it back. Then I sent it back and they charged my card. I disputed it with my CC company and they fought it for the restocking fee. They wouldn’t even restock another camera in the system because they said it was damaged. This company is horrible. But, they weren’t the only company I found that was bad. | Finally, in January of 2018 I found YI CAMERAS. I couldn’t believe how easy they are and how quick and automated it sets up. You point your new camera at your phone and boom it works. All you have to do is log your phone into your network router and the software does the rest. Man what a difference. I now have 4 YI cameras guarding the house and haven’t had a problem. I have used them up on the hunting camp also very well. YI House, the mobile app is awesome. I went through a lot of pain, learn from my troubles world.
