Bubble Kings – Mike Breach of contract. Washington Distict of Columbia!!. An individual displayed an ad, a video, and stated to me at purchace (a recorded statement) that his car would pass inspection. After getting it inspected, it did not pass. I tried to talk with him about it but now he dodges my calls. I believe he’s in breach of contract and I can prove he falsely advertised.
