Budget Rent A Car – Detroit Airport Theft of Personal Property Detroit Michigan!!. I left an item in my returned car and filed a lost and found claim the same day.The manager at that office never bothered to call me after several messages and calls. I even tried the corporate Customer Service department. They were no help at all. I am convinced my item was snagged by an employee. Budget likes to say they are not responsible for “lost” items, but having thieving employees is not acceptable. They would do well to review camera footage to find the bad employees and remove them. Any reputable company would have returned my call and done everything they could to resolve my complaint. They have an “F” rating with Better Business Bureau.Makes sense!
