Went to purchase a gift by clicking on an ad on Facebook. Was directed to a site that looked legitimate. Saw that it was a secure site, so I went ahead with purchase. Bought two items. Received an email confirmation, but no more details. They also messaged me on Facebook and told me to ask questions there. I asked about delivery, tracking, etc. Received no reply. Message was “seen” however. | I tried to report this scam to Facebook, also went to BBB. I should’ve read the comments on their Facebook page. It is loaded with negative comments from people who were scammed. Then I looked up their address on their “website.” This address is same as other scam/rip off businesses. I wish we all didn’t need to be extremely careful when making purchases online. I can’t think of a more low down way to make a buck. Sad

I tried to tract my order with the | number given me by the company. Every time I tried it said the package was sitting in Buffalo, NY. I have emailed | many times with no answer. I believe companies should be investigated before they are allowed on facebook. i am | retired and live on a fixed income every penny of my money is precious.

Ordered this mug around the 20th of December. I figured it might take a little longer because of the holidays and because it seemed to be a promotion for the mugs.. Soo- I was surprised when on Dec. 22nd I had already received an email that the mug had shipped– like others, the tracking number said that a label has been created in Buffalo, NY but has not shipped. There have since been no status updates for the mug. Paypal charged long ago. It is Jan 16th now – almost a month. I would just like a refund at this point or for the mug to get to me ASAP. Received an email to review the order and I responded that I had not received the mug yet.. I have also written an email to the only address I could find. Doesn’t seem to be a website listed… Too bad- I was hoping for a cute gift.

Ripped off! I ordered 2 mugs a month ago, was charged, and received an email confirmation indicating a shipping label had been generated. According to tracking info, my order never left the warehouse. Four emailed inquiries have not provided me with any kind of response. Evidently, I am only one of a long list of scammed customers.
