We are able to handle email very fast in most cases and that is the way you will get an answer faster to your request.” | On september 1, 2016, i was charged another installment payment, instead of recieving a refund. I made several calls and emails to them between september 1st and 2nd and was told to re-send the email. As to the new charge, i was told to send a new email, as well. With every phone call made, i was constantly told that no one was available to take my call, there were no supervisors or leaders available, and they would take my information, forward it to the appropriate person, and i would recieve a call back. Later in the day of sep 2, i received this email: | We received your message about a refund. All refunds are handled in | Writing so calling will not expedite the process. I have noted your | Account but you must email customer service to have this resolved. | The email address is [email& 160;protected] The refund | Department will be closed for the holiday until tuesday but you will | Receive a email from them on tuesday. Do not submit more than one | Because it will delay the process. Please put the word refund in the | While in the process of trying to get two refunds, i began to do more investating on this company and ran across article about another company Sba.com), where the names of one people affiliated looked familiar. I noticed that ron d smith is the accountant assigned to me but his name is ron david. Everything about “businessloaneasy.com” and “sba.com” are connected in one way or another. In addition to this report, i will also be filing a complaint with the bbb and reporting them to my bank as fraudulent!
