Wish I had read reviews before ordering. I placed an order on 10/18, and paid for guaranteed delivery on 10/23. I Received an email on 10/23 with tracking info to UPS. Per my confirmation, and attached tracking number, my order would be delivered on 10/26. I attempted to call the customer service number, and was on hold over 10 minutes, then was given an option to receive a callback, but maintain my place in line. After choosing the option to have someone call me back, I was disconnected. I did this routine 2 more times, for a total of roughly 25 minutes, never did receive a call. | I then noticed a live chat option, only to be on cyber-hold another 10 minutes. “Ray” told me exactly what my email confirmaction already stated, and that my order left their warehouse on 10/22. So I clarified that it wasn’t what I paid for. He suggested I contact UPS, and request the delivery. [continued below]….
