Ordered for my pet flea and tick meds. After over a week I called and asked where the meds were. They said they had a problem with the credit card. My CC company says no problems. I call them back an let them know the urgency for the meds and to re-run the card while I am on the phone. The card went through, they apologized and said they would ship rush shipping and not charge me. | I have been working and mistakenly presumed they did what they promised. | They didn’t. | I figured out 3 weeks later that they still hadn’t shipped because my dog now has fleas and a tick. | I now have to take my dog to a vet to make sure he is ok. | I emailed this morning and called CPP now and asked what happened, and they said they shipped out the package today. Not rush shipping either, just standard. | I asked why this happened and asked to speak with a manager. The person came back 3 times with responses from a manager, but they would not let me talk to them. | Take a look at the 83 1 star responses that this company has. I wish I would have. | Do not use California Pet Pharmacy if you want your medications for your fur babies. And post your responses everywhere you can on consumer sites to spread the word. | Oh and I forgot to add…. after talking 3 times with the person, he told me the manager says the original package was shipped and must not have reached me. Convenient…. AND…. I don’t believe it because they always send an email automatically when the products ship, along with a tracking number. Guess what… no email with tracking number. When I asked for the original tracking number…. crickets. | I asked for a discount, they said manager not available, maybe shipping paid.
