I work with individuals who are looking for relief from difficulties such as depression, anxiety, or the impacts of trauma. I also provide services for those seeking support to better manage stress, and to cope effectively through life’s transitions including grieving, managing relationship difficulties, and working with academic and career related concerns. I specialize in working with teens, college students, young professionals and adults. I strive to develop a relationship that allows us to work together to best understand your unique goals, and to provide you with both the tools and the motivation to keep moving forward. It is also my priority to maintain a respectful and culturally sensitive approach in my work with clients to ensure therapy is a safe and supportive environment. My personal counseling style is strength-based, compassionate, and collaborative. I am also a psychodramatist, using an action alternative to traditional talk therapy to help you reach new levels of growth.
