To whom it may concern, | I am making my second attempt to talk with a manager/owner of the Provo Car Care Center USA. | I hope that this makes it in the hands of someone that cares truly like the name says. | Please email me with a contact number that I can call so that I know this email has been received. | This is a complaint about a member on your team at the Provo location here in Utah. | I attempted to receive a oil change today and received the worst serves I have ever had in my life. I am so grateful that my wife sent me the flyer and she didn’t make her way into your store. | I wouldn’t recommend any friend/co-worker/person to ever try your shop for any service ever… |
