We bought/financed a car for our daughter. We pay a good lump some for deposit and to pay the rest within a month. 3 weeks later, we kept getting phone call stating that we need to pay and pick up her new tag. When we called them back, we kept telling them that we have giving them my daughter tag number that he previously had from his previous car. They told us that the person that handled our deal is no longer there. So we had to pay them and took the new tag and some additional deposit that we were supposed to pay according to them. Two months later, my daughter was at her job and a company called Overall Recovery located in Hialeah towed her car and told her to call Car Depot of Miramar. With tears she called me and i told her that i did not know that we had to pay them more money. She told me that she did not get any calls and my husband who is the co-signer did not get any calls, emails nor mails regarding payment that was due and the option of repo her car. We have been trying to contact them at car depot of miramar, no one wants to help. Everyone claimed that they cannot do anything and the owner “Kennya Quesada” is the one that can. NO one can contact her, no one will give us her phone number nor her email. So for five days we are waiting for the miracle person to tell us how much we supposely owe and where to pay. In the meantime, the tow company “Overall Recovery inc.” is accruing money. Sound kind of fishy. We want to pay and get our car. But no one will tell us. | The Car Depot of Miramar is the worst place to buy car. They will take your money and repo your car with no explanation. I truly believe that something is going on and it is not pretty. I am sitll trying to reach and wait until this Keynna lady to decide when she wants to be in the office so hopefully someone will let me know so she can tell us what to do. Buyers, please beware of Car Depot of Miramar. |

On August 28, 2015 I went to car depot of Miramar to finance a car a 2005 Nissan Sentra thru the buy here pay here option, they refused to give me the option and said they can get me a loan thru a bank. I gave a down payment of $66 on my netspend card and $434 in cash for the car I wanted. 2 weeks later car depot called me to inform me that my bank loan to finance the car was denied I had to return the car, so I went to them right away at that time they tried another bank to which I was denied again. On September 19, 2015 I was called to take the car back to them yet again, so I did as they asked and went September 20,2015 to return car yet again, the car dealer insisted I try to get another car with another bank so we did, they got me into a 2012 ford focus . I then on September 20, 2015 gave them another $500 this time it was $450 on my netspend card and $50 cash because they asked me for more of a down payment. from that time I was continuously harassed at work and home by the dealer and bank for information to which I provided very quickly to both parties. the bank informed me they had an issue with the dealership because of wrong information that was submitted by them and asked for my help. as a result of the car depot negligence I was denied my car loan yet again. Car depot asked me to go to them with the car and assured me they can help me. when I arrived they asked me for the keys and told me there was nothing else they can do and when asked for my money back they asked me to leave. so my disputes are for the $450 charged to my netspend on September 20, 2015 the $66 charged to my netspend On august 28, 2015. I returned their car in good faith on October 20, 2015 as they asked me to. I do not no longer have the car I wanted to buy and gave them a down payment for something I do not have in my possession . All together I gave them $1000 down payment between cash and my debit card. the dealership also denied me to get the buy here pay here option I originally asked for that clearly states on their website no credit check $1000 down. I now have over 25 hard inquiries on my credit report, no car and no money back. . on the copy of the contract I signed it clearly says if a bank denies my loan i have 48 hours to return the car or $45 per day, no where does it state I can’t get my $1000 down payment back. their website is full of lies. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP they are thieves.
