Car Part Haus South Side Auto PartsSouthside Auto Scam, garbage parts, lie to credit card claim, refuse return San Antonio Texas!!. Ordered a used motor from them that was described as perfect condition. The motor arrived and was leaking oil from every possible place. I called and asked to return the motor and was told “we don’t do refunds.” I told them the motor is ready for pick-up for return whenever they would like. I filed a claim with my credit card company after not hearing back from them. They are now telling my credit card company that I refused to allow them to pick up the motor. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will say anything to make you think you’re getting a good part and then send you garbage and fight you when you try to return it. Still in the process of fighting them through the credit card company but wanted to warn other potential customers. They also seem to create a separate company asside from their “South Side Auto Parts” company to scam people, then when enough people catch on they delete the company. Currently their facebook is disabled and their website is offline for Car Parts Haus. South Side Auto Parts has the same physical address as Car Parts Haus.
