So they advertise that they’ll match any price on their website (albeit with the usual small print). I found an online retailer that was selling a Pioneer 10 inch low profile subwoofer far below the Cartoys online price. It met all the criteria…authorized dealer, blah blah. So I completed the online form and sent it off. No reply. I repeat the procedure two weeks later (same product)…no reply. I eventually sent them an email b/c I was at least expecting some lame ### excuse from them to not match the price. Guess what? Three weeks later…NO REPLY! They suck ###.

We purchased two Samsung 4 cell phones from Cartoys on 12/23/2013 and they each had a $50. rebate. After sending in the required paper work we still have not seen either rebate. We bought these phones from Bianca Harris, Assistant Store Manager and customer service expert…and we have been back several times asking about these rebates to be told they would be in the mail. We also purchased a 2 year service contract on these phones that we want cancelled and our money refunded. After looking at complaint after complaint on the Internet about CarToys it is obvious that this agreement is also worthless.

We bought a groupon deal for $90 that car toys stated was normally $180 value. When we arrived at the Park Meadows location they said it was $45 extra per row to shampoo or steam clean seats. Seriously???? Total scam and joke. Oh, and we paid to have the front seats clean. They look terrible!!! Thanks Car Toys for evening out the dirt rather than removing it. I paid $150 for a vacuum and wipe down!!! Consumer beware!! It”s unfortunate that Car Toys doesn”t do respectful business. Maybe the CEO should do some inspections to salvage company dignity. I can”t imagine that this would be acceptable to anyone”s standards. The store associate said to us that they couldn”t remove the dirt and the total is $135. Wow!! Charging for a service that you can”t perform. You lost my trust carToys!! I will gladly spread the word to consumers about your lack of respect for hard working people. Provide good service for people. They deserve it. Don”t advertise and charge for something you can”t follow through on. I have now made it my duty to inform people about this disservice. I learned the hard way and hope that no one else has to experience this.

Visited earlier in the day to check some prices. Said I would come back before closing and was told they closed at 8pm. Got there at 7:20 PM to get a new stereo with bluetooth because it”s an absolute must for my work. Doors and gates were locked with no one in sight. Online it says you guys are open until 8pm. Been loyal customer since I was 18 years old. No use in posting a closing time if it is inaccurate. I will no longer be bringing you my business. Stereo King or Best Buy it is.

This store is my assigned location for my INTOXALOCK ( interlock device ) for routine issues and service. On October 5 I came to have the device calibrated . They switched out my hand held for no reason and didn”t even inform me. Up until that day I had no problems. Since that service on October 5th I have been stranded in different locations 14 times! Today it took me 2 1/2 hours to get my device to work INTOXALOCK phoned this location and time hey said they could swap it out. I get here and they swap the hand helds but the new one was broke. I went in and the manager said well I don”t now what to tell you! I told him I needed to go back to work so he says that he has an associate that is going to pick up parts from another location and then I told him to just give me back the one that I had at least I could at least mess with it make it work he told me that he was not allowed to do that because I handheld is not registered to me anymore meanwhile I”m on my lunch. I”m a manager of a store I know the example you have to set and you can”t enforce something that you”re not doing yourself in the workplace as an example. I left I walked home I came back at 4:50 3 hours after and I go inside and the manager asked the kid did he grab the handheld the kid says he forgot it so then they asked do you want us to go get it for you I said yes I need to go back to work I come outside to sit in my car because that”s all I can do, can”t start my car and I look over and the kid is still sitting there in the car talking on his cell phone like there”s no sense of urgency for me at all after I”ve stated I need to get back to work this location is not busy at all not today anyway they are all just moseying around I go back inside and I asked the manager to come outside I said look at the urgency that your employees have, as the employee iswalking back up to the back door and not going to get the handheld that I need to be able to leave. As I sit in my car waiting to go back to work. the manager looks at me and tells me I”m doing you a favor so you might want to stop! Hold up I paid for the service and it sucks that I paid for [censored] service on top of that. the manager whated be to start to get rude and disrespectful and no matter if I was being upset or not as the manager he should be able to hold his composure and know how to use his conflict resolution skill but he has none he went back inside I don”t even know this guy”s name because he don”t even have a name tag highly disappointed as I”m stranded in your parking lot cuz the manager is refusing to help me.

The shop that fixed my car recommended that I go to cartoys to get a full detail. It was the “ultimate detail package” . Instead I picked up my car and all that was done was vacuum. There was white marks on the seats. There was still French fries on the floor the compartment had spills on it. I have a video that I took still at cartoys lot. Terrible terrible job. I could have vaccumed it myself.

We bought a stereo system from Cartoys in 2007 for around 2500.00, at the time they offered an interest free deal …we took it. CARTOYS set up the account. We even had them add 50.00 a month to the monthly due payment to ensure the expiration date would be met far ahead of time, we even had it automactically with drawn from our bank account NEVER missed a payment. In January we owed 487.oo, we paid 125.00. In Feb. we owed 362.00 we paid 125.00. Suddenly in March we owe 890.00 because we missed the expiration date??????????? We have spent 2 hours of our time trying to talkk to someone at G.E. Bank we are lied to, talked down to and even hung up on! Does anyone know a good attorney?

We had Car Toys of Federal Way WA. install a car alarm when the car was about 3 years old and in pristine condition. We purchased the car new. We noticed the alarm system did not work properly and in addition the installers scratched the underneath of the dash board and it came apart. The knobs that control the fan positions were damaged as well and have never worked right since then.We had our mechanic reattach the dash board. When we returned the car to Car Toys in a timely manner and showed them the damage and the alarm not working the counter person told us to “go elsewhere.” That”s just what we”ll do if we need any accessories. I strongley suggest people go elsewhere too and please stay away from Car Toys!

What a ridiculous nightmare!! I got suckered into purchasing a $200 extended warranty for a new Blackberry Pearl in January 2008 (I know-very stupid). 11 months later the phone simply wouldn”t take a charge. I called the warranty phone number for the CarToys warranty who told me to go into the retail CarToys store and see if it was the battery or charger. I knew it wasn”t either, but went anyways. The clerk informed me that she saw bent pins in the charger port. Bent pins??? What are you talking about?? I have no idea why the pins are bent, but I have a deluxe extended bumper to bumper warranty that I was told covers everything, even putting it through the washing machine. I”ve never touched the phone in any abusive or negligent way. I”m not some kid who just wants another new phone for no reason. At that point the clerk gets on the phone with the warranty company, supposedly a secondary vendor. All of a sudden the “deluxe” bumper to bumper warranty was denied because “I had obviously tampered with the pins.” I again explained that the charger wasn”t taking a charge and that nothing had been tampered with. They sent me home with my old phone saying they would find another way of covering it for me and let me know by that afternoon. Needless to say, I didn”t hear from anyone and called the following morning. Now I speak to the manager and he says he”ll get back to me in just a bit. He calls back in an hour and tells me that he has to jump through corporate hoops but that he thinks he can replace the phone but the warranty is now void. I tell him that he”ll have to do better than that as I foolishly paid $200 for a warranty that was completely bogus and invalid. I still haven”t heard from him. This afternoon I called Verizon who told me they would send out a new phone immediately and that it was still considered covered under the manufacturers warranty within 12 months, no questions asked. Now I want my $200 back from CarToys. What a ripoff company. Slimeballs!!
