I enjoy helping women navigate through the challenges that come with being in a military relationship. I specialize in anxiety, depression, anger management, codependency, stress, and relationship issues. I practice from a non-judgmental stance and I believe in the importance of creating a safe space in which clients can express their feelings and begin to develop skills to manage life stressors, anxiety, depression and more. I often use mindfulness skills to help clients focus on the present. I have been working in mental health for the past 8 years in various psychiatric hospitals helping adolescents and adults with mental health diagnoses, and their families. I have facilitated groups including: coping skills, DBT, CBT, relapse prevention, anger management, dual diagnosis, and grief and loss to help individuals manage their symptoms.
