There is an employee by the name of Kris” that I”ve complained about several times. Just a few weeks ago – she was extremely rude – when standing at the self-checkout needing assistance. Whoever eas supposed to be at that station had disappeared for over 15/ minutes.. I saw kris walk back and ask her would she find someone, or help me – she said I am not working in this dept and it”s not my job.. I asked her to find someone and she replied and told me she is busy that I”ll have to wait and rolled her eyes and puffed at me like she was being annoyed – mind you! She wasn”t waiting on anyone at the time – I told her that I have been standing there for 15/ minutes and she said that”s not her fault – and she walked off shaking her head and saying things under her breath. I complained about her to store mgr and they said they would handle it – … This was my second complaint about her being rude – and talking to me like “I”m annoying her.. Today she – passed me when entering the store and rolled her eyes at me again and shaking her head – in a very obvious way! This happened today at 6:30 pm entering the store – it”s on the cameras clearly -/ I made another complaint with a male and female customer service agent and they said they would speak to the manager and talk with her… She doesn”t like me and it”s obvious – and I spend over / 500. – 600. Dollars a month in this particular food city -.. I can”t believe this Kris is allowed to treat customers this way – I want her to be dealt with immediately or this will be my last trip to that store or any food city.. The managers at that store must be friends with her because my complaints are going – unattended. .. There is way more but to much to type – I will be calling the regional office Monday or Tuesday to discuss this matter further

Today me and my husbond went to your outlet situated on galle katugoda branch.my husbond got woonded when he is collecting his vegetables from the shelves as it is very insecure and no any pastic to cover the blade atleast.the pharmasisit informed to the manager when we got some cream there and we had to paid even it was their careless, and the manager did not ask any word from us and atleast he didn”t hear to our complain and no action taken. This is very unpleasant eperience.and we will surely spread this news for the sake of take care of other customers as if it was a kid then what would it be as they react like this. Disgusted

Today i went to malabe food city to buy some buiscuts and there was a poster among the kist spicy onion buiscuts which says that it”s 30% off until 31st july (original price- 100rs) so i took the buiscut and went to pay the bill.. the girl at the counter scanned the barcode and asked me to pay the bill then when i paid 70rs (after dedicting the discount) she asked me to pay hundred as the promotion was only for the buyers who boughts goods more than 1000rs.. it was a soo annoying and i just paid the bill to not to get humiliated.. this things keep happening in several food cities.. they give customers deceiving promotions and earn money.. pleaae stop these thieves who steal from public in the daylight.. i sware there wasn”t any note in the promotoon that said we have to buy goods more than 1000rs to enjoy the promotion.. this is a trick they use to fool people..

Today (09.09.2019) I went to buy some urgent things for Tomorrow morning to Cargill Food City Ragama. I went there because the closing time in Google says it”s 11.00 p.m. It was 10.34 p. m when I got there. Security Guy was closing the outlet and when I asked him what was the closing time, he said it”s 10.15 p.m. I said it”s 11.00 and he kept on closing. If it”s 10.15 please do update on every possible information source without wasting our time.

This is regarding your Badulla branch.i received a very wast service by ur staff hansi. Today she treated me very badly. I brought goods for 1025/= and pay 5000. I asked her to give me by 1000. She gave me 2000*2. Again I asked give me d balance by 1000*4. But she said” can”t. y don”t u know 2000/= also issued by government. I can”t. I haven”t 1000.” But she has. Her talking slang apperas very badly.Worst behavior of ur employee. I”ll never buy anything again from ur shops. Even I spread this to every one and I will never recommend Cargill”s food city again to any one.

This food city doesn’t display the discount detials infront of each product. They display it outside the entrance only, so a custemer should again come outside to see the details on the discounted products.this seems to be done purposefully, as most of the discounted products are not available in racks. If we specially request for such products, then only they bring it from the stores. (Eg: my choice mackaral). Further, so many times they have cheated us in billing, too . They never consider the cargills cards/discounts in billing, unless we specifically emphasis such. We are frequently visiting so many cargills outlets in this area (kadawatha, kiribathgoda, etc), but we faced above difficulties only in Ranmuthugala outlet. Please take action to improve the level of this outlet, too.
