Carmax *** ******** **, **** *****, ** ***** Carmax Carmax rip-off East Haven Connecticut!!. We purchased a vehicle Camero ZL1 in late 2018 and come to find out that the front bumper was replaced and never told us..the bumper was a shade darker..we went to a couple of body shops to do a custom design on the vehicle and was told that the bumper was replaced and pointed out the color differences..we decided to go to carmax to address the issue and was told by A.C the Manger that the vehicle was probably damaged in transit I asked him for paper work and was told they don’t have paperwork. B.S..Carmax..i received with my paperwork at time of purchase showing us the car was never damaged or in an accident….to me they falsified paperwork or just never reported it to sell car ….the body shop removed the bumper to paint it correctly I was told there were a lot of screws and bolts missing..I’m in the process of looking for an attorney …Carmax East Haven, CT are shady..do not buy a vehicle there…..
