Carrier Auto Voyage Sam They shipped a Porsche that I bought in Texas and scratched it on the truck and would not accept responsibility even though it was pointed out by their driver to me. Aubrey Texas!!. I contracted with “Sam” through a car dealer who shipped the used Porsche. It took a week to get to CT. I was so excited when the driver called and I met him as he was taking the car down from the highest level on the carrier. He said that I was early and he wished that I didn’t see it prior to his cleaning off the branch and mud. I tried to buff out a paint scratch and long mark on the soft roof but neither came off. This was the Saturday evening of Memorial Day weekend and all business closed until Tuesday. On Tuesday am I contacted the office and Sam refused to handle my claim. I called her insurance company and they gave me the run around too and said that she said that I already fixed the scratches which was a lie. I did bring it to my local dealer who gave me a $175.00 estimate to repair only the paint scratch. I sent the bill to Sam and she refised the envelop. I paid $900. to ship the car and was told it was insured. This company is a Rip Off and owes me restatution. Wayne
