carxenonhidkits.com owner David Fraudulent Company New York, NY New York!!. I ordered a HID Kit from this company and agreed on a price. I checked my bank statement on-line a few minutes later to discover that I had been significantly overcharged. I called back and cancelled my order and was told to f**k-off by the owner who then hung up! I called back but my calls all went to voice mail so I emailed several times to cancel my order. I never heard back nor did I receive any tracking information. A week later my order arrived and it was incomplete. My bank filled a claim and found that this company has a horrible record for ripping people off. I have been assured that I will receive a full refund by the bank.
