I offered guidance to individuals (all ages) and families who are dealing with issues that affect their mental health and well-being. My holistic approach is a focus on a “wellness” model which highlights and encourages client’s strengths. Other therapies used consists of: CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Solution-Based, and Play therapy.I work mostly with children and adolescence (ages 5-18). I have the desire to help individuals with their thoughts and feeling along with helping their family. I feel that even thought the individual is looking for help, the family also needs support to understand the process that the individual is going through.
