We have been contacted by Weinberg Mediation Group twice and e-mailed an account balance payment agreement for $1, 000.00 that they say our son received in 2016 and paid 4 payments on and then quit paying and that he now owes over $1500.00 but they will settle for $1, 000.00 and then he won”t have to go to court and pay a huge amount for court costs, etc. Our son denies any such occurrence. We believe him. Original Lender is Cashnet USA and then it was purchased by JMT Capital Management, LLC and then to Weinberg to collect according to the information on the letter. I have contacted the FTC, the BBB and the Attorney General”s office in NY state to get information on these companies and the FTC informed me that no way should we be contacted about anyone else”s supposed debt when that person is a mature adult. I am going to refuse payment of any kind and let them know it is unlawful for them to be contacting us. I don”t know how people get all this personal information, such as our relation to Steve, and they even called his sister, Cheryl, in Highmore and tried to collect from her. There has to be some way to stop this type of thing!

This organization says one thing and does another. They are quick to approve you for an advance or installment. They issue you discount coupons once you pay off and when you use the promo code that they send you on a subsequent transaction, they do not issue the rebate. They have a policy of deny… Deny… Deny. Beware!! Their rates are incredibly high. Try and borrow the money somewhere else if you can. They give you the run-around and pass you from one associate to another when you make an inquiry even if you have a record of successfully paying them back. Don”t fall for the cashnetusa scam. They are laughing all the way to the bank.

This is not directed to cash net usa, because i have never dealt with this online payday loan service. This is a warning / red flag for anyone that has received a call from a “lawyer” from cash net usa. I have received numerous calls in the last week, claiming i took a loan out and never payed it back. However, the individual that called could not give me details pertaining to the account the money was deposited into, or the original loan documents. They have very thick indian accents, claim you owe cash net money and if you do not make the payment “now” with a credit card, they will go ahead and process the lawsuit. . Do not give them you card number!!! Call cash net usa and ask to speak to the fraud department, they are well aware of the situation.

I asked her why the hell would I be arrested that I have been garnished before and that they dont threaten you that the papers are files in the county where I live and if I dont show up to the court date then the other party wins, also where I live there is no such company by that name. After I yelled at her and told to let me talk to Daniel Grey, she said you can yell at the sheriff that will be arresting you, then I told that there was no company by the name in my area she said ok, I will remove your name. And hung up. Date aug. 29, 2016, Company Name- Cash Net Us Group, Phone [protected]. They called me after I had looked into some personal loan companies online. I tried them. Had to put money on Reloadit cards. They immediately put the money on their own separate debit cards. I did this twice before I stopped, and all their threat/excuses to get more (I was ‘so close’ to getting the loan) didn’t work. Plus I had no more money. Never got my money back. They still call me. Made a police report, but fat lotta good that did me. No advice from there except change bank acct numbers, which I did right away. Worst Indian scammers. .. I think Indian people are beautiful, but dont ever ever ever try this company. I should try Attorney General…

They are calling me stating I owe them 863.00 and are filing a law suit against me. They are tell me that once this is paid in full they will send me all the paper work but until then they wont let me know where the money is going. I am not going to give them a dime without proof of where my money is going.

The week before Christmas 2015, had gone online and applied for a cash advance which I recd $400. I started getting texts emails and calls from other lenders but Cash Net USA was really persistent so I filled out an application. A gentleman called me back and said he received it and they offered me a $2000. He called me back a few minutes later to say my credit wasn”t very good but they really wanted my business so he said that they will put $980 in my account and once it clears I”m too money gram it back to the company . They set me up a cash advance for $980 and once I sent the money back they would close out the advance and it would look like I was a customer in good standing. They said the money would be in my account within an hour of paying off the cash advance. . After 2 hours and nothing showing in my account I called them back and the guy said is this J. Cooper. I said yes and he was laughing at me saying it was all a scam and I was really stupid. I talked with my bank right away but there was nothing they could do about the money but they noted my account. I had to pay check charges and NSF fees for other checks that I sent out that I did have the money for but once their check didn”t go through my account was negative over $1100. I couldn”t even buy presents for my kids or grandchildren. I felt useless. I filled a police report also but they said all they can do is take the report but then they have to forward it to the FBI since wire fraud is a federal crime

The money was in the account on the 28th as per our agreement i have a listing of transactions on my account for the 28th. You made no attempt to take the money out on the 28th. Legally you are in default. This i will turn into the federal trade Commission as to cashnetusa not abiding by the designated terms and making attempts to remove money from my account On an unauthorized date. This is the same reason the loan went into default the first time, your company cannot take Money out of any account at any time they feel like it. You seem to be making up rules as you go. I will be glad to let You make a collection attempt, it wold be my pleasure to put this in default status. Any further attempts to remove Money from my account will be considered theft and you will be liable for all costs, i have a current complaint with The ftc and my account has been monitored for such acts. It is time for you to abide by the laws governed to protect Consumers from fraudulent attempts to remove money from their accounts. You are in breech of internet law and will be Contacted by the ftc. This is what the internet is trying to rid itself of. This is the email i sent them back, they totally messed up my first checking account. I had to close And open a new one because they kept trying to take money out that was not there, my nsf And check fees were in the excess of 400 dollars. Thank god the bank felt sorry for me or Something they waived all of the fees. I gave them a different account that i had set up monitoring In and out transactions. They did not try and take the money out until 1. 5 days later. Which again The theory of payments is you know when the money will be there and arrange accordingly. You Do not arrange for a payment to be taken out at (Well let”s see i will take you r payment out on No between the 10 th and the 15 th) any time they feel. Hope this will help to get rid of the businesses That are greedy fast way money makers. They actually fraud you into believing they are here to help. Bah humbug Hc

Someone used my husband info to get a loan and it was approved. We knew nothing bout it until we checked our balance and saw extra money in it. That bad part that pisses us off is that the info given was address and city that we have not lived at in 7 months. My hisnand tried to explain this was fraud and a scam.. They wouldn”t even let him talk to a supervisor. All we want is for them to take the money they deposited into to account that we haven”t even touched and they say they can”t do that. They want more money plus the 800. Saying interest goes up daily. I said well if u would ur money out u wouldn”t have this problem. Cuz u not getting any more. So now we have to go to the bank.. Close my husband acct and change all his info. This is [censor]. Cashnet. Usa is a scam
