Then they fail your vehicle for the inspection having found something wrong with it. They quote you a price to have it fixed and offer to get you in right away. When you take your vehicle to another automotive business, having declined to have it fixed at CVA, you find that there is absolutely nothing wrong with it and your vehicle passes state inspection.
