Charan Homes is a Bangalore based residential construction company. In the past they were able to build and deliver flats to both end users as well as investors. For the past two years, they have been taking deposit and not delivering apartments. The response from them is very little. I have lost Rs. 10 lakhs. I am planning on filing a lawsuit in India against the owner Mr. Satyanaraya Reddy Kalluri, M.D of Charan Homes. He seems to be absconding from arrest warrant. He also has abandoned a project in Chennai and Hyderabad and closing down offices there. He also does business in Tirupati. ********INVESTORS BEWARE**********
