These people refuse to refund my & 036;39.90 for the month of February 2018. I was told that they "cannot" issue a refund. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that "It’s Monday, we have a lot of calls, I’m doing you a favor by talking to you now". I am going to keep calling them until my refund is posted to my credit card! This company is deceptive in the following manner: 7 day free trial but you call and you have to give up after an hour if you have children, you cannot sit on hold, so they wait you out until you do finally hang up…and you call the next day and the next day until the charges are on your credit card statement! They offering free discount groceries and keep trying to talk to out of cancellation (I mean they cram this down your throat) and ask for your email address (I was told they didn’t have mine) so they can send a cancellation notice (this will hopefully cancel the & 036;39.90 for March 2018) I refuse to give them my email and what pops up while I’m on the phone? Yes, an email confirmation. I was told time and time again that I could not speak to a supervisor and that they cannot issue refunds. I wish I could find the site where I initially "thought" that I cancelled, because I wasn’t going to let them charge me and there is a very misleading site on the internet that looks like your cancellation can be achieved from there (I was told that that didn’t work) all the while they weren’t answering the phones. They clog up your email box with email from all 3 credit reporting agencies and so much spam that after you get your credit card statement with the charge being paid to GFW*3GLDSCR.COM…now you are more confused than ever because you cannot find who these people are and you have no idea they were the original company that you tried to cancel with!
